What a funny coincedence! One of my story is called "Behind the Mask" too! Only it's a fanfic from Phantom of the Opera. Trying to understand the Phantom (aka Erik) better and maybe what caused him to become mad. The does not start with his birth, it starts a bit earlier how his real parents met each other.
