AHHHHHHH YO THIS EPILOGUE TO THIS STORY IS SPLENDID. YOU'VE DONE IT NOW.
I'm still sad about BEN UGH and like I did noticed and I like how at the beginning of this chapter Persephone was the one who helped dressed Fay and now it was Nadia.
You were aiming to surprise me, didn't you? Well, I am not only surprised, but I am SHOOK. Just what...? And like, okay so I thought Fay and Andromeda are two different people, with just some indecipherable connection with like half pieces of their soul probably but Fay literally transformed into Andromeda. Or MAYBE you meant to show that Fay was getting ready for the coronation or ceremony, but then the eyes darkened and yep Hades knew then who he was dealing with, and Andromeda just appeared from Fay's person. So which means Andromeda was disguised as Fay or this is something else entirely. Or maybe it was Fay still but then because Andromeda are connected to her, and THAT SWORD, so like it strengthened her power to do just that (with Fay's agreement?).
Or MAYBE Fay is truly just a fragment of her all this time.. It'll be kinda difficult to get used to seeing Andromeda's POV from now since I have been reading the first book in Fay's parts and seeing Andromeda as a distant existence. I'm speculating a lot in this shocking revelation omg.
BUT THIS SCENE WAS EPIC.
I'm just?? So shocked and excited for what's going to happen in the last series. Still, I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT FAY. FAY, THOUGH. Is this the end of her because Andromeda just totally took over. But that face off when Fay met Andromeda in the castle ruins though. Something had happened and maybe they strike a deal?? I don't know. I'm going to keep believing that this is not the end of Fay's appearance. THERE'S GOTTA BE MORE TO THIS.
This is like a freaking twisted plot that I didn't see it coming. Yeah, I can totally see what you meant all this while in the messages.
Were you going for mind-blowing reactions? Well, congratulations because I am still not over what just happened towards the end of this. You've outdone yourself again, @Chloe Quinn ;)
Yes, Fay is the third piece of Andromeda. It's why she always felt incomplete her whole life, why she searched for meaning and understanding because at a deeper level, she was never whole.
But yes, sorry to break your heart. Had to be done I'm afraid but you never know what the future will hold.
As for the mystery of Nebiru in the previous chapters. He explained that when he 'came through the portal' that he was warned of a trap. So when Zeus betrayed Andromeda he had one by one, sucked her siblings into a trap. The sibling before him sent a last ditch warning through which he used to escape.
Andromeda never had the chance to know this before she divided her own soul. The next book marks her journey to reclaim her family and make the home she's always craved.
@Chloe Quinn, Ahhh thanks so much for explaining that. I didn't think that part of Nebiru was clear to me then but it made sense now with the pieces. OH WOW. So that's what lies for Fay. Fay is the missing piece of Andromeda, after all.
My heart is still crying because after all that's been done, it feels like the familiarity of Fay's presence in the books has come to an end, although you did mentioned the future about this is unpredictable. I'm looking forward to know the journey of Andromeda though, and it has been an enthralling story.
