You sung that song many moons ago? WOW! Singing opera in today's time proves clearly talent for singing. *head slightly bows of admiration* ^.^ It was once a dream to become in my teens, a singer and especially in opera.
Yes I did, though I don't really consider myself a professional opera singer. I do have an operatic singing voice. I can sing some arias that I learned while I was a music major. I do love singing opera though. Its difficult but rewarding! And Chanson triste was my favorite of all the French songs I ever sang for my teacher. My dream when i was a teen was to be an opera singer too. Everyone laughed at me when I said that. Like they would look at me and say, "You? Opera? No." It all changed my senior year of highschool when a person i admire very much encouraged me to try pursuing voice. So I did. And i guess i proved the laughers wrong. Hahahah
@Davrielle, That's great! ^.^ I on the other hand have there regretts for being too shy. Had the opportunity to go to academy of music but I refused for silly reasons and many music teachers in the past said I had a "pure voice". Lately I've been thinking of taking up the chance on my own once I've done my bachelor-work.
