Well, the "curse" isn't necesarily something that your character must have. I guess it wasn't originally a curse, but the things that happened in the past because of this power made people see it as that. If there WAS someone with a curse in any tribe, I guess the curse would be a power/ability that goes completely against what that particular tribe stands for. Again, you don't have to make your character have one. I just thought it would be an interesting idea so as to make my character stand out from the rest of his tribe.
