A bit late, but pumpkin soup (seasoned with cayenne pepper and ginger) really helps with the cold. If you feel sickish and think it's the cold get that pumpkin soup in you, the sooner the better. Ginger tea and fresh squeezed citrus are good too.
Stuffy nose and cough? Mix a tablespoon of fresh squeezed lime/ lemon juice, with cayenne pepper. Toss it back like a shot, no honey afterwards.

I'm sick like every other week so late or not I'm happy for the advice.
Ohh I'm gonna be honest I kinda hate pumpkin soup. It's the texture since it's normally thicker.
I'll try the tea and shot! They wound interesting.
Don't worry, I hate pumpkin soup too, but the magic of being sick, you can barely taste! It just goes down easy when it's hot.
True...but the textures still there man. I normally get some of my grandmothers chicken soup (that shit is some of the best fucking soup ever)
