Interesting, though short. What caught my attention more was the last sentence, "I'm still your son." I still wonder what Bradford meant when he wrote it. I thought maybe, he and his father was not that close or maybe because of the war he wanted to make sure that his father knew it hasn't changed him.
Yes they are kinda short. I will try and make them more lengthy as I go along. Bradford was distant from his father but when he joined the war he wanted to be closer with his father because he never new what day would be his last.
