Does it have to be a city? I am thinking more like a huge boarding school? I can do a city too if that's not okay. Oh, and any word limit?

I'd prefer it be a city, but if anything the boarding school could be in a city even if you don't mention the city part as much. And there is no word limit :)
Sounds really interesting, I'll try to write something if I have the time!
