This is very impressive. You were able to relate hero and villain together with deep characters, but still keep the story distant without a clear conclusion on what you thought, letting the reader decide. I thought the length was perfect, too. It is going to keep me thinking for a while.

I love the story, I truly do, but I'm a little confused on the relationship between the main character, and this abusive figure. I had assumed it was his father, but the phrase "Goodbye Grandfather," Confuses and spurs something darker within the themes of this tail. I surely hope things are and not what they seem. As the story as a whole, is fantastic. Please write more with this character, as I'd love to see him develop into an even broader and tangy tasting character if I were to ever utter this story in passing to a friend and then add. "Oh and there's another one, about the same lad, he really goes off the walls in that one." Again, please write more.

I just saw this. I never had any plan to expand on this, though I can see what I can do with it. There's a lot of interpretation to this, one reader on here who is a personal friend even posed the question of incest. I wanted something that people could interpret in their own way, because it adds to the mystery.

Nice story. Pity it was so short but I liked it.

Ill probabky lengthen it later. It was just a quick writing exercise

Very well written, I would say. It strikes at some questions that we really should wonder about.
