I have a collection of disjointed thoughts. Her cheek was sliced by Nautilis' rings but never treated or washed, is she alright? I wonder if the green particles had any significance in being green, are all oracles seers of green? Are they all blind, in order to see? I find myself hoping to find out more.
I wonder if this story follows the traditional thought in a drake being a male dragon without wings, or if the term is interchangeable with dragon.
Yeah that is one detail that got lost in the mad haze of writing. Though it isnt serious enough that it could pose an issue. I should have dropped a few more details about the nature of the ring slicing her. As for seer magic, you'll definitely find out more about that later on. Though I will say being blind isnt a requirement, it just makes it easier for humans.
At first drake was simply meant to be a word overall interchangable with dragon, (definitely not for the sake of a rad rhyme or anything hah) but then way, way later on I had forgotten about this and mentioned drakes being wingless and no where near as intelligent as dragons, which I'll have to alter definitely.
I've definitely done that too, dropped a detail later on that made an early scene a plot hole. That's why we do rereads and get help from others! It is neat to hear that you go deeper into dragon lore, I'm looking forward to seeing how you handle it.

Questions are good! I hope to keep asking more.
