Funny, not a couple days ago I was just thinking of how this story was the first one of mine you commented on ^^
My first Cheeto-brand book was of course OG-APS, kinda makes me wish I'd saved a copy :P Ah well. I still have the powers excel file you sent me, so I can at least remember most of the OG names.
@The Yobanashi Girouette, Really? I was thinking about that too! About how I was just lying down one night, bored outta my mind, and decided to read something new/meet a new author on here. So I tapped on this story (completely disregarded that it was in the horror genre) and started reading. Left a long comment that coached your grammar (sorry 😅). And little did I know I was gonna end up here XD
And yeah.... I kinda wish there was a different Cheeto-brand book I could've supplied that wasn't OG APS (because, let's face it, that book is unflattering). But yes, I remember the days where I was like "Dang Gironashi liked all these chapters in one sitting…" OH! And I remember cackling and grinning like mad at your comments and reactions to the end of book one.
Sorry that I killed S-APS though. It kinda had to go...
Also, wait, I don't remember giving an excel file... Do you mean the character/power list I sent in an inbox message? I don't even use Excel...
@Cheeto, Hey, grammar coaching is always appreciated XD and I remember how you were always the first to read/like my chapters, that meant the world to me ^^
And yeah, I can understand why you'd wanna do that as an author. I contemplate pulling the plug on ones like Lost and Found, Solved, and Splinterwick all the time.
And maybe that's what you did, all I know is I have it saved to a handy Excel reference chart :P
@The Yobanashi Girouette, Honestly, same to you. I B A R E L Y had any comments on S-APS b1 at the time (it was driving me nuts tbh) and then you dropped some comments and I was like "aorghaerughal FINALLY OMG THANK YOU." Good times, those were. Oh yeah, and thank you again for that!
And honestly, I kinda want Splinterwick/L&A/Solved to stay. But then again, you'd say the same thing about SAPS, so I can't really talk now, can I?
And x2: yeah, you probably put it in an excel chart. I just copy-pasted a list into a Google Doc (I don't really like sharing any documents with people, as a heads-up). Ya might have to edit that Excel chart when N-APS comes out, but that's a bridge to cross for the future, not now. :)
@Cheeto, anytime :D it's always nice when its mutual
And yeah, you know I'll be editing the doc when N-APS comes out :P I memorized pretty much every OG-APS character by name, along with their powers thanks to it, I know I'll need to do the same for N-APS XD
Also is L&A Lost and Abandoned, the darker spin off or something? X'D
@The Yobanashi Girouette, Yeah, I think it's gonna take a while for you to get used to the NAPS characters names with a chart like that. Welp, get ready for a lot of editing, because there's gonna be quite a few things changed around.
I still regret the fact that I introduced so many characters like that XD. If I had to write a character sheet for myself to remember all the people in my story, I REALLY need to cut down on my characters or introduce them slowly (thankfully, I polished up on this in N-APS.)
Also, I was subconsciously thinking of "Los Angeles" (city in California) for some reason, so I just typed that without realizing. But yeah, it could totally be Lost and Abandoned if you wanted it to lmao
@The Yobanashi Girouette, wait, ‘LA’ means Lousiana too? I’m American and I didn’t even know that….
But honestly, America is just weird. Don’t question any strange decisions; the only answer you’re gonna get from Americans is that… America is… “different.” :/
Also also: yes, you may have goldfish memory, but I still introduced 20+ characters IN ONE CHAPTER.
Now I’m reminded of why I deleted S-APS in the first place…
This is nostalgic FSR. Idk, maybe because this is the first Gironashi-brand book I read??

And good ol' LA works too XD

And fair, but hey, characters make the story :P
Also yes, characters make the story, but too many characters break the story OR your reader's brains :P I couldn't even remember everyone I wrote.
Anyway, this was a nice walk down nostalgia lane XD
