所以想要記下的話，首先瞓前要把電話放於觸手可及的地方。

醒了以後，先不開眼，趁尚有記憶時，閉着眼回憶一遍，之後就立即拿電話開記事簿記下。

不然，真的會完全忘記了發過甚麽的。

以前我有寫夢日記，但因為做即時記錄（凌晨兩點多）睡眠質素很差，轉工後天天早起，無法再這樣子，只是間中有記錄下來，成為故事的部份細節。
