@juggernaut62, If you're ok with not wearing a bra and eating an entire carton of ice cream will only serve to damage you in the long run. Making you overweight and off putting to others. 

@Bengolong, obviously it was just an example. I meant allowing vulnerability to seep in and becoming comfortable in your own skin as perfection. the ice cream bit was just an example.

Lets flip the genders. You got 2 guys. One is fat and on a recliner chair eating an entire pie by themselves. They have awful skin because of their diet and their fat gut pokes from under their shirt. And the other is a very buff slim guy with great skincare. Which one would you say is better?
