沒有，判斷的人是一般的官員，因為基準其實不是這個人有沒有「看得見」，而是看聖池水的反應（那個光輝是所有人都能目視得到的）。所以有些人雖然被擇選出來，但有可能一開始其實看不見，或是只能看見一點點模糊光影，需要訓練才能完全看清楚
