@伍德‧瓦懷特,我都是直接在菜市場一顆一顆的揀，看見正在吐沙的就將牠挑起來，回到家中，再用鹽水浸泡，那水不能蓋過蛤蜊，只能到一半，這樣沙才吐的乾淨，最後煮時，不能滾到全部開殼，看見已經有些開殼了必須馬上熄火蓋鍋蓋，讓牠們被悶熟，這樣你的蛤蜊我保證每顆都爆汁給你！
