文中的TB是「Tomboy」，作中性/男性打扮的女生：

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomboy

因為醫學上，TB是指「肺結核」，而台灣也沒有以TB稱呼 Tomboy 的習慣，所以說明一下^^
