恩......正經地來說：花可以代指對象，對象是越鮮豔的花、越美麗的花，男人的腸子也跟著越花。

不正經的來說：花就是對方尿尿的地方，所以男人的嘴常常在騙別人尿尿的地方，也就是取自漢典的解釋？

然後正經跟不正經各取一半：就單純借用花花腸子來玩。
