憑甚麼那個沒用的傢伙整天只會阿諛奉承，卻爬得比我高，幸氣總是比我好。有能力的人卻被人踩着上位，聰明又如何？努力又如何？

要學懂放下執着，愛自己，只怕要學一世也是學不完的！

活在一個充滿比較的社會，從小到大都被要求著各種標準……其實真的很難喜歡自己。加上人的慾望是無限的，總會有想要而不得的東西，又如何不去羨慕別人呢？

你說得對，愛自己是一生的課題，所以他們才需要練習魔法，每天每天的提醒自己。哪怕只有一點點也好，也要比昨天的自己更加喜歡自己。
