我給你一個小方法，拿一個計時器，計時30或45分鐘。打開計時器開始就蹲在電腦前面，專心寫。

寫多寫少不要緊，但是這每日30分鐘的專注非常重要。

而且這是國外編劇也在用的技巧，他們常說每天起來泡杯咖啡就蹲30分鐘，讓它成為習慣。
他們甚至說，即使你30分鐘只是做資料搜集也沒差，因為無論你做甚麼，都是在前進。
