這篇〈Absent〉講的是推動台灣「跟蹤騷擾防制法」上路的最關鍵案子——屏東通訊行女店員車禍擄人命案——是我以第一人稱 (我) 和第二人稱 (妳) 交織寫下的詩，裡面每段詩節，都以英文字「Absent」作結，代表「沒有、不在、缺席」之意；而詩的最後一個字「Present」，則有「禮物、存在、現今」之意，是反轉，也是曙光。
