Just a basic alliance. I know that Ustengrav is very militaristic, but Daltinan Elves are warriors in their own right, so I believe we could be beneficial allies if the entire world comes to war.

@Panzer, perfect. These conditions are quite acceptable. On your end, though, stay clear of the Lords of the North, or risk a full-scale war with that empire. And any ambassadors you send to Daltina will require am intense background check and a notice sent three weeks before their arrival, to ensure their quarters are adequately furnished.
