左溝右溝意即胡亂配搭，好像茶餐廳有一種飲品名叫「鴛鴦」，即奶茶溝咖啡。總之料理台上有什麼，香港人就喜歡將它們作配對嘗試。
那不是叉燒，那是燒腩仔，是由連皮的豬腩肉燒成的，它有另一個很漂亮的名稱「冰燒三層肉」，而且非常好吃。
所以它是有油脂的，只係夾在兩層肉之間。
