看來木炭很搶手⋯
其實沮喪、低潮會自成一個小圈圈，然後物以類聚，後果就是沮喪的螺旋。
只拿走木炭還不夠，也許找他一起去烤肉，享受一下相聚的歡樂會比較好一點。

其實我自己很不會觀察別人的情緒；就算察覺到了，我也沒有伸出援手的本能或習慣。
所以遇到這種狀況，真的會不知道要怎麼做；就跟林悅一樣。
