這篇是在說罪惡產業的問題，前四段我一名法醫的口吻，描述四種死狀對應四種產業：香菸、酒精、嫖娼、賭博，這些傷害人體與破壞社會的產業，普遍是政府高稅收的目標，人民當然也知道危害，但是稅金又實在地反應在基礎建設與福利補貼，迫於赤裸裸的現實，大家就開始選擇性沉默，是一種極致的偽善。

最後一段則是讓最清醒認識到死因的法醫們，一起參與到這場狂歡中，抽菸、喝酒、找美女荷官賭博，直接對著抬進來的新屍體對賭死因，之所以會說「德政」，乃因許多政客也會用這套說詞，允許特殊產業存在以回饋社會，這是一種「德政」。
