關於上篇脈輪---其實禪者奧修(OSHO)有兩本書<脈輪能量書>講得非常詳盡！我常常說奧修---好似洗腦咁，其實佢無任何宗教，只係希望內心平靜/覺知自己！

至於焚香，古人亦有，尤其孔明，總會在重要時候，焚香以寧靜心緒！
