I should be asleep right now but phone buzzing because of an update has me up like 😳📖 but I love long chapters. Short ones are teases.

Vandal encountered Cordis and the Four and I'm like 😮 the amount of concern I had...then Cordis just kept going like. "Nah, fam." That kinda made me giggle because he's a hellbent asshole lol

Was that a Level Five?! If so, Vandal, you're a madman! Ladnavia saving him but then calling him a hound was cold. Like that's your husband!

@Tenshi no Yami, oh yeah it was my interpretation of a Level V. 😳

I added the "tendrils" because I thought about how the they use there tongue as a weapon and grab stuff. 🐙

Being top tier, Vandal's chances were very slim (Letting the first shot hit his sleeve was only to tease Vandal's "hope"). He was lucky to escape with his life 👁️ ❌

@Ciro, Not gonna lie when I say I thought of Slenderman with the suit and tendrils. But Level Fives are very unique with how they want to manifest themselves. There's one at Central that is relatively "tame" and I use that word loosely 😳
Level Fives are definitely Apex so, yeah, Vandal is EXTREMELY lucky to escape. His wife more or less just managed to piss it off though...

Again, one of my fave chapters of yours by far

@Tenshi no Yami, your right, i just realized it so slenderman 🤣 I was actually thinking about Nergal from Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. Talk of "reapers" made me think about the show 💀

@Ciro, I remember Nergal! He's mentioned in the SNAFU's Grim Tales From Down Below too! The guy that did Billy is also in Helluva Boss by Vivziepop too!
