most relatable shit I've ever read. Y' know I've just recently started having body image issues and borderline body dysmorphia because I used to be really slim, but since I stress-eat and have been in quarantine, bored, I've gained weight and it's scaring me.
Food is so controlling and it’s hard to get a hold of. Im glad you can relate to my struggles because I know a lot of people out there deal with this same issue, and its something that should be taken seriously. I just hope people with food problems can get help before it’s too late.
