This chapter was such a dream! I absolutely loved the quiet, tender moments between Bai Shikun and Long’er, the way he protects her and chooses love over everything gave me actual chills. Long’er’s backstory made her so real and fragile, and that scene in the chapel at the end? Intense and eerie in the best way. :))

Thank you so much Irina! I am so glad you love my story! yes, to write the bonding between Long'er and Bai Shikun is one of the most enjoyable part in writing this story! (of cos, the whole story is such an incredible journey for me ^_^" when I create Long'er I hope I can make her not just a powerful goddess, so I let her somehow like a girl come from a grass-root background. after all this story has a heavy sense of social class. and...
