看到別人幸福就會有一定的落差感，至於是否能察覺到這種落差感，每個人都有不一樣的靈敏度，有些人可能發現了，但覺得好像也沒關係，但有些人就會陷入無限的內耗裡。

偷窺他人的幸福，一邊喊疼，一邊羨慕，是我的常態（？
