提神飲料的方面我有分析過很多醫學報導跟成分分析，對成分原理也大致了解，非必要我也都是補充營養為主，特殊情況才會用負擔可能比較大的能量飲料，而且有維持原則基本上也都能在一天之內代謝

小朋友的笑容效果真的滿好的，但是那是心理上被提神了，精神身體還是沒辦法獲得提升
