是不一樣呀, 所以醫生創挑是要求人格分裂和精神病兩個元素也必須納入故事🤣

@二木人, 醫生的意思是除personality disintegration 以外還要有其他 mental health issue, e.g. anxiety disorder , 所以題目特別用「和」來區隔開。文友就是有此疑問特地請醫生verify 😂
