@hanshy,  Looking forward to it! The super depressing (and somewhat relatable) beginning hooked me and I've been reading it ever since! I liked that it isn't just a cliche story about a girl who falls for a "bad boy" and that it has some emotional depth to it. 

Plus, it's light and easy to read and I think people could relate to both Novah and Matt. It's a realistic relationship, which is refreshing and much more entertaining than a perfect, fake romance with no flaws or real feelings.

And one last thing! I think you should have a girl power moment where Novah doesn't let Matt sweet talk her into forgiving him and she stands up for herself and tells him that he can't be so possessive and protective of her around other boys, esecially because he's basically cheating on her (although we haven't seen his perspective of what happened yet). Because in the past, when Matt has been a jerk to her and made her cry, she forgived him and they were fine again but Matt needs to change and open up to her more if they are going to have a healthy relationship. But I'm certain you have a really good way to continue the story so keep up the good work. :)

@BedazzledBlue, That's the most important aspect in my stories. I absolutely HATE stories with no realism in it. Like, honestly, most relationships are not happy and don't have happy endings. A lot of people are products of broken relationships. Chaos and dysfunction are realistic. That's why I don't like a lot of romance stories because they have dumb, happy endings that are nothing like real relationships. Not to say, relationships can't go well. I always think when I'm writing, Is this realistic? I think we're all flawed and I wanted to highlight that darker side of people in my story. I wanted to show that sometimes we fall in love with deeply-flawed people, and we still love them. 

@BedazzledBlue, I will definitely keep that advice in mind. Novah kind of has a hard time saying no to Matt. They both kind of have a soft spot for each other. She wouldn't put up with that kind of treatment from anyone else, except Matt. You'll see, though.
