本來還在沈浸於撫子為了表現料理真的是自己做的而硬要去用別人廚房的小心思，結果現在腦子裡都是：咦？原來盤底能磨刀？？？

盤子底部不會上釉，刀子鈍了手邊又沒有磨刀石，可以拿來應急用XD

煮咖哩是蠻痛苦的事，要不停攪攪很久，不然會粘鍋底，不過很多年沒煮過咖哩了，尤其來到台灣之後自煮都是煮垃圾吃

為了避免鍋底燒焦，比較簡單的方式是最後關火後再加咖哩塊，用餘溫去融化就可以了。
怕這個方式不夠入味的話還可以換成電鍋來煮，或者直接煮完放隔夜再吃XD

台灣流通的馬鈴薯多半是國產品種，台灣人也比較不會在意馬鈴薯品種間的口感差異，所以的確算是比較偏門的資訊。
