...when I'm in the double-story house...I do that. Or well I don't spread rumours or peek over fences that are horrible but like I'll just stare out my window sometimes. I once had this nice conversation with this guy though

@Mira, staring out the window is fine, that's normal. I've got a neighbour, you don't see him unless something is happening. He lurks like a creep in his windows or near his fence. Called the cops on us once, said we were growing cannabis. Had them patrolling and searching our grounds. Rubbish.
