First is a Star-nosed Mole. It looks like it has a flower on its nose which help it find insects. It's sharp claws are only for digging under the earth and it's basically blind.
The second is a fruit bat. It has a unique screech to communicate. It feeds on fruit, and has a wingspan of almost a metre, which can look a little scary when being held.
The third is an Angler fish. These fish have hundreds of teeth and use bioluminescence to help lure prey in dark waters. They aren't poisonous but they are quite scary looking.
The gift the Sun was making when it was half finished was a Platypus. Already looking like it's meshed together from other creatures, the platypus has a venomous spur on the back of its legs. Its very cute but it can also be very deadly.
