終於在Plurk內看到有人解答「寫插花」是什麼意思了：
「別人出同人誌（多半是個人誌）會邀朋友或同好畫一張跟該書的內容/角色/CP相關的圖或是短文這樣～就是所謂的GUEST稿。」

「寫插花」，會不好是寫男男色情或者是與人合作寫文純粹寫興趣不收錢意思（這應該不太可能。😅）。
