我很需要時常洗手，做家務也是原因之一，所以我幾乎是護手霜不離手，只是冬天的情況會更嚴重，一天到晚都在尋找喜歡的護手霜~~~

我的手指頭最近也開始常常脫皮了，但我又不喜歡塗護手霜，因為寫字時護手霜會沾到紙張，導致筆無法出水，超苦惱

可以試試看晚上擦厚厚的一層，然後戴上塑膠手套睡覺，隔天起床的時候拿掉，這樣手的狀況就會改善很多喔！

這是我朋友看我的手如此慘不忍睹之後，偷偷教我的......
