Oh man, this chapter was AMAZING! It wasn't too long or too short, just what I wanted and needed. Finally, finally, finally! The title is perfect.

After all I've waited, finally she told him how she felt. And by the way, the "Kelly who?" was very funny, I couldn't help but laugh at those 2 words.

About the person who can report them, I was thinking about Jason's father, but only if Kelly tells him about Jason and Ems relationship.
