我也看過一種說法，也要告訴自己，眼前發生的一切都有利於我。雖然有時候好難XD 但萬一腦袋相信了那些負面的聲音，就真的讓人頭痛！🤣

我一直認為只要自我肯定，就能坦然接受外界的批評。

甚至，你能更客觀地去評斷那些批評是善意的提醒或是惡意的打壓，因為你給足了自己底氣！
