我超愛吃飯的，不論是中式的白米飯、糙米飯或是五穀飯，還有西式的燉飯、焗烤飯我都愛！

我家的倉鼠會後空翻哦
路過發表一下淺見，簡單來說，高筋通常用來做麵包貝果之類，中筋大多用來做包子餃子之類，低筋通常用來做蛋糕餅乾之類
不過，中低筋很多時都會混用增加口感
