塘邊鶴有什麽典故？

「塘邊鶴指等待機會的旁觀者。鶴在動物分類學上屬於鳥綱鶴形目的一個科，以青蛙、魚為食糧。鶴的腳與頸部都很細長，其覓食習慣是站水塘邊，耐心守候魚蝦等獵物游近然後一口啄食。塘邊鶴最生動的例子是形容那些喜歡站在賭枱旁，看準機會才賭一口的賭客，其情況就好似鶴鳥守候在塘邊覓食一樣。今天塘邊鶴都解作為旁觀者，不一定指那些等機會者。」

以前在樓下公園棋盤周圍，就會見到一些叔叔伯伯叉着雙手，伸長條頸看人捉棋，有時甚至會給予一兩句意見，這些就是塘邊鶴。

以前在公園棋盤附近常常都見到「觀棋不語真君子」的標語😂
