@盛夏,用對方法就不會！
我會先喝一口水潤喉，然後喝半口水，仰頭憋氣，把藥粉倒在那半口水上，再喝一大口水一起吞下去。藥粉被水包著，來不及感覺到苦就順著水吞下去了！妳可以試試😭😭多試幾次就習慣了，不然中藥真的很難吃很痛苦😖
