我應該蠻常說「不是很開心」之類的
但一般就是指我不開心了，但情緒很小，或者已經過去了等等，有些時候也是種委婉，畢竟不是對誰都方便直接說「我他媽超不爽的」
而且有時候說不開心聽上去太正經，如果是普通朋友之間，其實大多的「不是很開心」都來源於自身沒有調適好，沒有合適的心態，正經的告訴對方，我不高興了，反而像是控訴或者要求，對交情淺的朋友來說不禮貌

我不喜歡憋著情緒，對方對我造成負面情緒，通常都會直接告訴他。
