Damn. No idea what happened there, but I know when I get pins and needles feeling in bed I need to move, change position. That usually involves rolling over or stretching bent limbs (mostly arms). Do you roll around in your sleep or do you stay in 1 position all night?
Hmm, I used to be one who moved alot in their sleep but not so much anymore. I'm not even sure if I was feeling pins and needles in real life, or if it was just something I felt in a dream. I do need to stretch out my legs more though.
