@ShadowBobcat10, I'm pretty sure most houses are somewhat more expensive than that, but I don't know what the housing market would be like in a desert, and even less so in a dessert.

@KnightOfTheRebellion, I'm sure I could build myself a quaint little house in my glorious desert with 200 USD. I mean, it is a desert. All I would need to acquire are the skills required to make a tiny home, and quite admire those space-efficient marvels.
