that makes sense! the whole "eternal torture" or whatever doesnt really make sense now that you've explained it like.... what exactly are they supposed to torture? and the worst form of torture, imo, is being alone... for a very, VERY very long time haha. and im glad you made the distinction that god doesnt just force people that he doesn't like into hell. he allowed us free will, and what we do with that (or what we're given) puts us into heaven or hell (and of course how we live our lives)

Also yeah, I agree that's one of the more important distinctions. Popular culture views Hell as a "punishment", but it really boils down to choosing not to go to the party you were invited to; it's a self-inflicted punishment :P
@The Yobanashi Girouette, if you even look at it from a non-religious stand points around like 8k BC or whatever there was massive floodings and directly or indirectly it killed way more than 2 million
