自律真的是規範人內心慾望非常重要的一部分，現代雖然法律條文已經能規範到許多事情，可有些過於細微的事物是法律或是外在條件所無法控制的，但積少成多，很多細微的習慣其實都已成為將來人生的伏筆，也凸顯了自律的重要性，確實是非常重要的品格。
