Hey, you are human. You are allowed to feel like shit. You are valid and I hope you know that. Please understand that to get better you need to accept that people are gonna be shitty, people aren't going to be good most of the time. What matters is how you handle it. We don't have control over what people do but we have control over our reactions ok. Be strong, you've made it this far.

Thanks for the advice. I try to get past the difficult things, but every win comes at a loss, and every time i get past something its just another scrap added to the bottle of hidden feelings.

Listen you seem really nice and when you are sad just think about something you love (like family or tv idk)

And remember people love you! If I knew you I bet I would love you as a good friend!

Thanks for the idea. Sometimes i think about funny book quotes when im sad and it helps. Books are the only thing that works though, because everything else has at least one sad memory that trails it.
