不是先在手背或耳後塗一點，十多分鐘沒癢沒發紅，證明沒敏感才用嗎？這是很久以前新聞節目教的。

@薛朵拉 有先在手背塗一點的，後來確認沒有問題才買來試試，目前情況還好，痘痘開始消退了

@凜羽,　有痘痘是青春呢。以前青春年代長到滿額痘痘，後來才發現冷水毛巾先臉，不用任何洗臉乳，才是最有效方法，不過要時間過渡。
