Uhhh for the burn i was making noodles and was draining out the water. For the ankle i was like walking down some stairs at production then i tripped and uhh my foot wrnt at a weird angle but at the same time i was ok becuase i held onto something so i dint fall donw properly and just got a sprain. For the pulling a muscle? Man idk i think it was volleyball?
