這句話聽起來很矛盾，但其實「我」和「自己」是兩個完全不同的詞彙。
「我」顧名思義是「我」的認知，也就是「我」所認識的「自己」。
而「自己」也涵蓋他人對於「自己」的認知，比如：他自己、我自己、你自己、他們自己之類的詞彙，而你不會說：他我、你我，對吧？
所以如何證明「自己」就是「自己」，其實無需證明，只要知道「我」是「我」，「自己」就自然而然的會成為「我自己」。
